My case: 1- Run CMD as admin. 2- Then type: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt. 3- Restart computer. It worked finally after many testing, reinstalling driver, windows update, uninstalling some windows updates, booting from miniwindows (I've booted fro miniWindows and there is NO internet access!)
