I have just installed the sky go app on my windows 10 laptop (Jumper EZbook 3 pro) and it works perfectly with no lag and no voice sync issues. Its a bit slow to load but after that works well. Even performs automatic uodates seamlessly. thanks for the original tip to use skygo, as Sky Q still does not work out of the box.
